I'm getting really sick of blogs, of blogging, and so on. So what have I done... gone and started a new one. Actually it's a photo log featuring photos of London; sporadically updated with this and that. So visit it, if you like...

The MSN Decision to close down chatrooms
When will people understand that this won't solve the problem??
Scott just spoke to The Times Online about Microsoft's ulterior motives... yep... it just wasn't making them any money! Good one! :)

Theres 5th grade interpretations of Radiohead's songs are great. Pure children's interpretations! I like the Aladdin and ice cream ones.

For the people I know back in Sydney who read this -- Koala my cat back home in Sydney passed away at 4am Sunday of kidney failure. He was going to be 17 on 8 October. I'm very sad - he's lived with me since I was 9 years old. I won't forget the pleasure he brought to my family, and the good times we had - especially when I was a kid.

Where did Betty go?

A friend arrived in London on Monday night and I offered to put her up for a couple of nights. Anyway, she's here to look for a job so I was helping her get set up with email and registering at Monster.co.uk. I know our sofa bed isn't all that great but the next day while we were both at work, I figured she could make herself at home. Then she leaves a message on my mobile going, "I've moved into a hotel and I've left the keys on the coffee table. Thanks." And that's it! No message about where she is staying or anything! Did we do something wrong? I don't think so... hmmm... it's all very strange behaviour!

Can't believe how popular the New Reflectoporn Word has become!!! Luckily we registered www.reflectoporn.com because the .org and the .co.uk versions have already been registered! Odd. I predict that this will be the new flashmob. There will be spontaneous Reflectoporn submissions on eBay,... hundreds of simultaneous Reflectoporn happening at once... and eBay will be slightly miffed.

Reflectoporn - we at Internet Magazine coined the word, and it's taking the world by storm! Well, the Mirror, Glasgow Daily Record, Ananova, the Daily Express and the Guardian, anyway. It's the shameless act of reflecting yourself naked in a shiny trinket you're selling on eBay. Check out the latest issue out on Thursday for a news piece and some pics!

pop up ads won't be blocked
Um, OK.. this article about annoying pop-up ads comes from The Guardian and look closely and you'll actually see a pop-up ad accompanying it! Errrrrrr. OK, so the article is about rogue programs like WhenU and Gator what servie independent pop-up ads after often surreptitiously installing themselves on your computer, but I thought it was ironic.

Eat my trainers

I hope DaveK won't mind, but this email we got today about a brainstorming meeting was hilarious:

Hello gang, we are gonna have a _____ meeting tomorrow....
Things to remember:

(snip, snip)

3. Anyone that doesn't have at least two ideas (pics and words) will have to sniff _______'s trainers for half a minute without puking. If ____ doesn't say two things he will have to eat the cheese and hair that collects in ______'s keyboard over the month.
